done at government level, but I do not agree with environmental problems being too huge
to be reduced by individuals.

Firstly, there is a range of things that individuals can do to combat environmental issues such
as climate change. These include having the habit to recycle, reuse, and reduce. People can
also boycott manufacturers that pollute the environment excessively. Studies have shown
that all these measures that can be taken by individuals have a huge impact on tackling
environmental issues. Thus, this reinforces my point that environmental problems are not
too big to be solved by individuals.

In fact, there are several measures that can only be taken by government. One of these
measures is setting a higher tax for factories that are polluting the environment. From an
economics point of view, this policy works effectively as the costs of production for these
manufacturers would increase significantly, thus, reducing the amount of pollutants they are
emitting.

Furthermore, the government can also organize campaigns to raise citizens environmental
awareness. This would essentially increase the number of people who would be more
environmentally educated and thus, help combat the issues by doing what I have outlined in
the second paragraph.

To sum up, environmental problems are never too huge to be solved by individuals. In fact,
there are a lot of measures that can be taken by governments and individuals to combat
these problems.

Jobs differ for different industries in nature, and thus, would require different genders to
work in those industries. Some people might argue that this is gender inequality, but I would
argue otherwise.

Firstly, there are indeed scientific researches showing that males are more masculine. This
result suggests that in order to allocate human resources more efficiently, men should work
in industries that require labour force, whereas women can focus on other kinds of work.

In addition, there are also jobs that are more appropriate for men, for the sake of security.
Jobs, such as drivers, are more suitable for men in countries that are unsafe. Men in these
countries tend to take advantage of female drivers by committing crime such as sexual
assault. Thus, it is recommendable for women not to take up these jobs.

Furthermore, there is a reason why it is more common for females to be housewives,

instead of men being househusbands. The most apparent reason is females have mammary
gland that can feed babies. Therefore, women can stay at home to take care of their children
while breastfeeding them.
To sum up, there are indeed some jobs that are suitable for one gender than the other.
However, job recruiters should be unbiased against an applicants gender if the role itself
does not require any factor that is gender-dependent. They should stay out of gender
stereotyping and should not contribute to gender inequality.
