Project total cost

The function and configuration of products are based on Technical Specification KWAI-SPC
1. Period of Validity: Thirty days from date of offer
2. Terms of payment: 40% of contract amount shall be paid as deposit; 30% shall be paid before machine
inspection at factory of TKAS; 30% as balance shall be paid before delivery.
3. Time of delivery: ex-work within 120 days since signing the contract and advance.
4. Warranty: 12 months since the day equipment arrives at the Users site
5. Package: Adopt fumigating wooden case, vacuum Bag and other packing material that meet export
requirement
6. On sites installation and commissioning, training and any other service request from customer side
other than warranty need extra payment. A separate service agreement should be signed.
