will become more fruitful and productive; you should continue to think

and proposed strategies and policies which government, other duty bearers and other
stakeholders should further create and provide; and (c) the role of the Filipino youth as
rights holders and duty bearers.

(planning officer and or youth focal person) to the PYDP 2017-2022 Regional Consultation
