BST203-C piezo and electromagnetic common rail injector tester

Supporting all common rail injectors testing including piezo type and
electromagnetic type.

Introduction of BST203-C piezo and electromagnetic common rail injector

tester:

1. BST203-C can test common rail injectors including:

denso electromagnetic common rail injectors

bosch electromagnetic common rail injectors

delphi electromagnetic common rail injectors

bosch piezo common rail injectors

delphi piezo common rail injectors

siemens piezo common rail injectors

continential piezo common rail injectors.

2. BST203-C can test common rail injectors quality, injectors openning, injectors
atomization and injectors work.

3. BST203-C uses big LCD color screen

4. Fn button of BST203-C tester can identify type of common rail injectors, is used to check
if customers connect injector with BST203-C tester right or not, if connect wrongly, it can
damage electrical board of BST203-C tester.

5. BST203-C has 4 basic testing models.

Customers can adjust frequency and width pulse based on the 4 testing models.

Model 1: width pulse 0120 uS, frequency 0008 Hz

Model 2: width pulse 0800 uS, frequency 0008 Hz

Model 3: width pulse 0700 uS, frequency 0020 Hz

Model 4: width pulse 0300 uS, frequency 0060 Hz

6. BST203-C can be set counter and injection time

BST203-C has counter/time button on the key button.

If customers need to set injection time when testing, they can touch counter/time button to set
time, and then touch + or - button to increase or decrease injection time.

If customers need to set count, they can touch counter/time button again to set count, and then
touch + or - button to increase or decrease count of injection.

If customers do not need to set count and injection time, they can test injectors under limited
count.

7. BST203-C designs two connectors.

3pin connector is used to connect with piezo injectors, 2pin connector is used to connect with
electromagnetic common rail injectors.

And BST203-C tester can recognise if injector is piezo type or electromagnetic type. If
customers connect wrongly, connect electromagnetic injector with piezo connector (3 pin),
after customers touch Fn button, LCD displays piezo injector erro. But if connect right,
connect piezo injector with piezo connector (3pin), after customers touch Fn button, LCD
displays piezo injector right.
8. Customers can adjust frequency or width pulse to test common rail injectors

Customers touch Fn button to check if connect injector right or not, touch buton of INJ to select
model of injector, touch button of MODEL to select basic testing model, touch button of
COUNTER/TIME to set injection time or count, and then touch START/STOP button to start to
test injector, and select to increase or decrease frequency or width pulse during testing.

9. BST203-C can work with nozzle tester to test atomization of injection

10. BST203-C can work with ultrasonic bath to clean injectors.

11. BST203-C can start injection, test high pressure of injection of all kinds of injectors.

12. BST203-C can adjust driving signal of frequency or width pulse of injection conveniently,
has driving signal wave from that completely consistent of ECU. Product has passed
electromagnetic and piezoelectric compatibility test like high and low temperature, static shock,
probability of failure very low.

13. BST203-C has protection of short circuit, provide driving signal transfer line of all kinds of
injectors.

14. BST203-C has two indicator lights, one is for piezo, another one is for electromagnetic
injectors.

It is easy for customers to judge problem of injectors according to flash of indicator light.

15. BST203-C is a high voltage product.
