Dear Desislava Grozeva,

We are pleased to inform you that we have now reserved a place for you as follows,

Institution: Zealand Institute of Business and Technology
Location: ZIBAT Roskilde
Duration of the programme: 4 semesters (2 semesters per academic year)

Programme ends: 30 June 2019

In order to keep your reserved place in the programme, it is very important that you sign and return the attached
Student Contract to us by email. Please note you must return the contract within 15 days of the date of this admission
notice. This serves as confirmation of your place in the programme. If you do not return your contract on time, we
cannot guarantee your place in the programme and we may have to place you on a waiting list.

Having passed the AP degree, you will be eligible to apply for one of the top-up Bachelor programmes offered by
Zealand Institute of Business and Technology. For more information, please see our website: www.zibat.dk.

Expenses: There is no tuition fee for Danish, Nordic or EU/EEA citizens, or students with a Danish
permanent residence permit. However, you must anticipate expenses towards study materials,
e.g. photocopying and field trips. We expect you to bring your own laptop.

Expenses such as accommodation, local transport and food are your personal responsibility.
You should expect to spend approximately DKK 70.000 80.000 per year.

Textbooks: You have to buy your own textbooks. ZIBAT Roskilde will send you a literature list shortly before
the semester starts.

Financing: In general, living costs in Denmark are so high that studying here requires a relatively good and
sound financial background and support from your home/family. In general, you should not
expect to be able to support yourself during the first year, as part time jobs are not always easy
to find. ZIBAT can never be held liable or responsible for loans, private or commercial or
expenses in connection with such loans, obtained by students to cover their expenses.

Health insurance
/EU registration: You must bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) when you move to Denmark. With
this card, you have access to Danish healthcare on the same terms as Danish citizens, even
before you register with the Civil Registration System and get your CPR number and
Sundhedskort (yellow card).

International students from EU/EEA must apply for their EU/EEA residence certificate upon
arrival in Denmark. More information about the CPR registration is available here:

very important that you start your search as soon as possible. Do not come to Denmark
expecting to find a place to live at short notice. Please find more information about this
