  Dependencies

Daily KPI statistics, OSS dumps for sites, Xml files for the BSC/RNC of the network shall be provided by Operator

Site database, planning database will be provided

Access to planning tool (Atoll etc.) & performance monitoring tool (Business objects, Net-act reporter etc.) is desirable . These additional inputs are very useful for accurate analysis

Change request implementation by operator

Assumptions

Proposal is based on the nr of sites provided by Cisco (email dated 1/7/2015)

Access to CISCO’s SON tool will be made available to Tech M engineers.

Tech M engineers will work from Operator’s or Cisco’s office

Any field activity like drive testing, physical site visits, etc. is out of scope

Change requests will go through the standard process of operator and implemented in the network by the operator.

read within 30 seconds, including exportation of data in Excel format

Writing to database takes well under five minutes, and a PCI audit completed in under 7 seconds

WiGuru® is fairly flexible and adaptive in the type of data that can be imported, and functionality can be added to it quite quickly, in order to make Optimization engineering tasks more efficient.

Audit of neighbor cell reciprocity I.e. accidental uni-directional relationships

Audit of Serving cells with the most number of Neighbor cells. These Serving cells could be interfering cells, which is why ANR (if ANR is in use) may have resulted in a lot of neighbor cell relationships, and should be investigated
