Preparing BoQ in line with customer RFP and providing a

proposal taking into consideration the technical aspects and cost
of the project.
Coordination with Network Planning, Microwave, Engineering
Services and other departments for completing their BoQ in line
with technical requirements of concerned departments of
customer.
Gathering customer requirements before submitting the proposal
and once submitted clarifying queries related to the proposal.
In a running project, keeping in touch with customer and own

Description Radio Network Engineer: CDMA Wirless Local Loop Projects of V-
PTCL Wireless and GO CDMA (Telecard).

RF surveys of CDMA cell sites for proposing antenna height, azimuth, taking into
account any blocking factors and adjacent cell sites, terrain and population clutter.
Good familiarity with model tuning parameters and link budget formulae as well as
propagation models.
 Using Global Mapper, Mapinfo Professional V7.5 for planning and optimization
activities.
Analyzing drive tests of cell sites using testing and analysis ZTE Netscope Solution
software CNT and CNA (for RF rollout as well as cluster optimization).
KPI Analysis of PTCL-WLL network using ZTE CNO software and through
monitoring daily and weekly statistics of the BSC(Cell and Global Statistics) and
suggesting any expansion in capacity or changes in radio parameters.
Spectrum Analysis of Instaphone and PTCL-WLL using
Tektronix NETtek Spectrum Analyzer.

exam. My merit position was 36 out of the 250 candidates who qualified for
scholarship.
Remained class prefect almost throughout school life.
Participated in speech and Naat competitions at school.
Actively participated in famous Pakistan cricket captain Imran Khans campaign for
Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital.
ENGINEERING DEGREE PROJECTS:
Iris Based Recognition System (Final Year Project).The system is able to
recognize people based on the uniqueness of iris patterns of their eyes.
Segmentation, normalization and Gabor Wavelet filters were applied on images of
human eye to do the task. The system has been implemented by simulation on
Matlab.
Infrared Remote Control (Transceiver)
Designed and implemented an offline database of an Internet Service Provider in
Oracle.
Implemented p-n junction level Layout of a 4-bit Adder in design tool LASI.
Morphing: This computer graphics project was implemented using MS VISUAL
C++6.
Designed and implemented Power Supply .
Designed and implemented a Micro Coded Machine in Verilog which performs
addition, subtraction, multiplication (reduction done by Wallace tree) using a loop
machine.
Digital Clock: A clock displaying hours, minutes, seconds on seven segment
displays.
Wrote a research report on International Trade with emphasis on WTO.
