Scientists have discovered the bones of what may be the largest meat-eating dinosaur ever to walk the earth.
The discovery was made by a team of researchers from Argentina and North America in Pantagonia, a desert on the
eastern slopes of the Andes in South America. Besides the interesting fact that the dinosaur was huge and horrifying,
it is even more biggest meat-eaters lived as loners and instead indicates that they may have lived and hunted in
parks. The Tyrannosaurus Rex lived in North America and was believed to hunt and live a line.
The newly discovered meat-eaters appears to be related to the Giganotosaurus family, being as closely related to
as a fox would be to a dog. It is actually not of the same family, being as the Tyrannosaurus Rex, being as different
from of as a cat from a dog.
The fossilized remains indicate that the animals lived about 100 million years ago. With needle-shaped noses
and razor sharp teeth, they were larger than Tyrannosaurus Rex, although their legs were slightly hoarder, and their
jaws were designed to be better able to cut the body of their prey into pieces quickly and precisely.

Fast food nowadays is considered a normal eating venture. People are not just eating out on special
occasions or weekends anymore. It means that all the time they mostly eat fast foods. However, is fast food good for
health?
Fast food has its popularity in the 1940s. Within a few years, fast-food operations popped up everywhere.
With the compelling rise in fast-food restaurants since the 1940s, oddly it started the rise in obesity and cancer
during that same time period.
Fast food is highly processed with a wide array of additives. To ensure fast foods low cost, the fast food
products are made with highly-processed ingredients to give it shelf-life, to hold consistency, and to enhance flavor.
Fast food is altered from its original healthy form.
It is not the calories in fast food which damage health and waistline. It is the chemical additives such as
aspartame and MSG (monosodium glutamate). Studies show that the chemical additives lead to weight and disease
issues.
So, there is absolutely nothing nutritional about fast food. Fast food simply feeds hunger and craving.

Mozart was born to Leopold and Anna Maria Pertl Mozart, in the front room of nine Getreidegasse in
Salzburg, the capital of the sovereign Archbishopric of Salzburg, in what is now Austria, then part of the Holy
Roman Empire. His only sibling who survived beyond infancy was an older sister: Maria Anna, nicknamed Nannerl.
Mozart was baptized the day after his birth at St. Rupert's Cathedral.
Mozart's father Leopold (17191787) was one of Europe's leading musical teachers. His influential textbook
Versuch einer grndlichen Violinschule, was published in 1756, the year of Mozart's birth (English, as "A Treatise
on the Fundamental Principles of Violin Playing", transl. E.Knocker; Oxford-New York, 1948). He was deputy
kapellmeister to the court orchestra of the Archbishop of Salzburg, and a prolific and successful composer of
instrumental music. Leopold gave up composing when his son's outstanding musical talents became evident. They
first came to light when Wolfgang was about three years old, and Leopold, proud of Wolfgang's achievements, gave
him intensive musical training, including instruction in clavier, violin, and organ. Leopold was Wolfgang's only
teacher in his earliest years. A note by Leopold in Nannerl's music book the Nannerl Notenbuch records that
little Wolfgang had learned several of the pieces at the age of four. Mozart's first compositions, a small Andante (K.
1a) and Allegro (K. 1b), were written in 1761, when he was five years old.
During his formative years, Mozart made several European journeys, beginning with an exhibition in 1762 at
the Court of the Elector of Bavaria in Munich, then in the same year at the Imperial Court in Vienna and Prague. A
long concert tour spanning three and a half years followed, taking him with his father to the courts of Munich,
Mannheim, Paris, London (where Wolfgang Amadeus played with the famous Italian cellist Giovanni Battista Cirri),
The Hague, again to Paris, and back home via Zrich, Donaueschingen, and Munich.

There are many dangers of smoking to the body. A number of chemical additives are found in cigarettes.
Some of them are classified as toxic and are not allowed in food.
One of the main dangers of smoking is due to nicotine. Nicotine is found naturally in tobacco. It has no odor
and no color. It is, however, both physically and psychologically addictive, and it causes those who use it to
want to smoke one cigarette after another. Nicotine enters the body as tiny droplets resting on particles of tar
in cigarette smoke. Inhaled into the lungs, the drug passes quickly into the bloodstream, reaching the brain
within about 10 seconds. In another 5 to 10 seconds the nicotine has spread to all parts of the body. The
nicotine raises both the heart rate and blood pressure. The smoker quickly feels more alert and relaxed. In less
than 30 minutes, however, about half of the nicotine has left the bloodstream, and the smoker starts feeling
less alert, more edgy.
There is another danger of smoking as well. The tar from tobacco smoke starts to accumulate on the
bronchial tubes leading to the lungs. The hot smoke burns the tiny hairlike projections (called cilia) that trap
harmful particles before they enter the lungs.
The other danger of smoking is carbon monoxide. Smoking also increases the level of carbon monoxide in
the lungs. This poisonous gas is quickly absorbed into the blood, reducing its capacity to carry oxygen. As a
result, the smoker has to exert more physical effort to attain a given task than does a nonsmoker. The heart in
particular must work harder, particularly during rigorous exercise. Increased levels of carbon monoxide in the
blood can impair vision, perception of time, and coordination.
In brief, these chemical additives are dangerous. They cause smokers to worsen their health. A great
number of smokers lose their lives because of the diseases resulting from smoking.
Video games become a controversial issue for parents and educators. Those who are in favor of video games
believe that video games have some benefits. However, people who are against video games consider these games
have several negative effects.
In the proponents point of view, video game functions as a form of light entertainment. As part of a balanced
entertainment diet, the games can provide stress relief for kids, they can help with aspects of coordination and
concentration on visual details, and they help kids relate to one another in some forms of healthy competition.
On the contrary, the opponents of video games think that video games have some disadvantages. The video game
players are prone to aggressive thoughts, attitudes, and actions. Video games labeled as first person shooting games
cause children to be less sensitive to the pain and suffering others. Study also shows that these children are more
fearful of the world around them. In addition, video games make the players addicted. The games provide a high
level of quick gratification. Children are almost constantly being rewarded and, when they lose, they get to easily
start over to work on their goal. Furthermore, too much time on any video entertainment takes away from time spent
on school work. As a result, the games cause children to weaken their school achievement.
In conclusion, parents should limit their children's time on video games. It is helpful to consider a child's leisure
time diet and parents should think about how well balanced it is. Video games that are violent or of limited
instructional value can be thought of as treats.
48. Which one of the following statements is the benefit of video games?
a. Video games stress the relief for kids.
b. Video games can coordinate the kids help.
c. Video games do not function as a form of light amusement.
d. Video games can help the kids coordination and concentration.
