Community Day Fridays! Community Day Thursday Opening assembly begins promptly at 9:15. Be there early and be ready to go! We will open earlier each week with a comprehensive Timeline review, so What to Bring come early and practice with the whole community! Foundations: Presentation materials as needed. Tin whistle weeks 7 12. Dress Code water bottle, snack, lunch. All students and parents should dress appropriately in consideration of biblical Parent: Foundations guide and paper modesty, as well as the focus of our day education. Raise your hands, touch for notes, water bottle, snack, lunch. your toes, if anything shows, go change your clothes. Please be mindful of v- Essentials: Parents Guide, Student neck shirts, more shows when you bend over than you might think. Resource Packet, Charts, Trivium Tables, US History Writing Books, Any writing assignments to turn in, if desired. Snack, Lunch and Playtime Lunch: Board Games, Cards Pack a non-messy snack for your student to eat in class. Please bring a lunch What to Leave at Home and eat with the community. Don't allow the kids to play in the auditorium. Electronics, Electronic Games, Distracting Toys
Director/Tutors Chores and Cleanup
8:15 Every family must do their part. We need to leave the church ready for Set Up Sunday services. Chores are listed on the back. Please attend carefully to your Director/Tutors Meeting 8:45 and Prayer duties each week! This is one way we can repay the kindness of the church for our use of the building. 9:15 to Opening Assembly 9:00 Sick Kids 9:30 Foundations Classes Keep them home! Any fever of 100 or more, vomiting or terrible cough in 24 hours is a deal-breaker. 12:00 Lunch Parent and Tutor Roles Game Time & Facility Parents be active in class; build community and learn with your child. Please 12:30 Clean Up minimize distractions and keep your phone put away (unless youre taking yearbook pictures!) Take an active role in the class with loving redirection 1:00 Essentials Class and attentive support. Assist your tutor as they ask you. If you have multiple children, please work out a schedule with your tutors and stay in one class Essentials Dismissed, 3:00 for the entire day. Final Building Clean Up Discipline Policy Students who create disruptions in class will be reminded twice, and then asked to step into the hall for a conversation with the parent. Someone will come to get you if you are in another class. After a discussion with the tutor about the nature of the disruptions, and some time for you to speak with your student, you will be asked to remain in class with this student for the remainder of the day. The behavior expected in each class will be appropriate to the students age. Dispute Resolution Please refer to Matthew 18 for resolving conflict. "Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established."

Come Wk 6 - Cherry Wk 18 - Manzano prepared (in 5 min or less) to tell us about your family, Wk 8 - Williams Wk 20 - Norris/Compeau hobbies, why and how long you homeschool and what gifts Wk 10 - Mangani Wk 22 - New Family make you special in the eyes of God.
