Developed and administered online and live training modules for
TeachLivE research partner universities across nation as a lead on Gates
Foundation grant. Deployed Obojobo learning management system for
assessment and real-time analytics. Administered trainings via Adobe
Connect. Developed content for research partners (tutorials, matrices,
videos). Co-developed observation measurements (i.e., Teacher Practice
Observation Tool [TPOT]). Facilitated TeachLivE Lab sessions for

day treatment public middle school classroom. Modified general education
curricula and conducted formative assessments via dynamic progress
monitoring system. Managed ongoing behavioral and disciplinary protocol
with site, district, and Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA)
administration and law enforcement. Developed and implemented effective
BSPs, FBAs, and classroom management system(s). Supervised team of
instructional paraprofessionals and clinician, coordinated community
wraparound services with local agencies, and hosted ongoing support services
personnel. Advocated for least restrictive placements. Co-developed and
implemented vocational service learning program.

Disabilities-Teaching Assistant (TA) for Dr. Eleazar Vasquez, (Summer 2013).
Online course for Master's in Education students concurrently teaching children with
special needs in local schools. Course provides a broad overview of the ways in
which assessment impacts many areas of educational planning curriculum,
instruction, learning, policy, technology, and research among others.
