2012-2015 Graduate Research Fellow Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation research
grant with TeachLivE at the University of Central Florida.
Drs. Lisa Dieker, Charles Hughes, Michael Hynes, and Carrie Straub.
Developed and administered online and live training modules for
TeachLivE research partner universities across nation as a lead on Gates
Foundation grant. Deployed Obojobo learning management system for
assessment and real-time analytics. Administered trainings via Adobe
Connect. Developed content for research partners (tutorials, matrices,
videos). Co-developed observation measurements (i.e., Teacher Practice
Observation Tool [TPOT]). Facilitated TeachLivE Lab sessions for

2007-2009 Education Specialist - Yuba City Unified School District, Yuba City, CA.
Designed and implemented IEPs for K-4th grade students in non-categorical
special day class. Modified general education curricula and conducted
formative assessments via dynamic progress monitoring system. Developed
and implemented effective BSPs, FBAs, and classroom management
system(s). Supervised team of instructional paraprofessionals and clinician;
coordinated community wraparound services with local agencies; hosted
ongoing support services personnel. Advocated for least restrictive
placements.

EEX6297: Assessment, Diagnosis, and Curriculum Prescriptions for Students with Autism-
Teaching Assistant (TA) for Dr. Eleazar Vasquez, (Summer 2013). Online course
for Master's in Education students concurrently teaching children with special needs
in local schools. Course provides a broad overview of the ways in which assessment
impacts many areas of educational planning for students with autism spectrum
disorder (ASD) curriculum, instruction, learning, policy, technology, and research
among others.
