support groups to track the movement and related costs of all central office equipment in host
as well as remote offices.

Application Name : Exports

Synopsis :

Exports modules which handles the process for the sale of the vehicles outside India.

The process involved in this module includes the following stages: Raising of Export
Vehicle Specification (EVS- which will contain the detailed specification of the vehicle to be
exported) by the customers, creation of Customer Order, Generating the Proforma Invoice, Export
Sales Order (ESO), Purchase Order(PO).
Vehicles that are exported may be either Stock Transferred (Direct Export as Chassis and
are built at the receiving place) or Loan Transferred(Chassis being sent to the body builder to be
built as per the specification of the customer) from Manufacturing Units. Raising of Vehicle
Transfer Authorization(VTA) in the case of Loan Transfer and Export Vehicle Release
Authorization(EVRA) in the case of Stock Transfer. Then raising Stock/Loan Transfer.
Generation of reports includes the generation of Excise Duty Gate Pass Document,
Insurance Note generation, ARE3/ARE1 document, Sales Invoice, Final Invoice. Doing Chassis
Receipt followed by Quality Acceptance(QA) , then performing Pre-Shipment followed by the Final
Invoice after receiving Shipping Bill, Bill of lading and LC details.

Module # Body Building Payment

Application Name : Body Building

Synopsis:

This module involves process in which the chassis being diverted to the body builder for
making them into a fully built vehicle and as per the specification given by the customers. Based
on the specification from the customers, Quotation is being raised by different Body builders for
completing the task. The best of all the quotations is considered for generation of PO. Based on
the PO, VTA(Vehicle Transfer Authorization) is being raised to move the chassis from the unit to
the body builder. Then the Chassis is Loan Transferred to the Body builder. After the completion of
the body building procedure, the fully built vehicle is being received at the Bombay Stock Yard
and there after sent for Shipment. Before receiving the vehicle QA is done and GRN is also
generated and the liability is created against the body builder, then payment is made for the body
builder. Provision for the advance payment to the body builders and its adjustment at the time of
final settlement is also taken care.

Synopsis:
The module included the following Maintaining suppliers details, Issuing Purchase order to its
suppliers for a maximum of 10 items. GRN for the received items are noted. The number of
quantity rejected due to quality problems are noted. Rejection Notice is supplied. Quantity on
hand for a selected item for different rates can be found. Material Issue note for the production
department is also taken care. Maintaining details about the Finished Goods and its supply
against the order placed by the company. It also takes into account about the various items
returned by the company from its various branches due to the damage or failure of its products.
They are received in the form of dbase files. They are converted into Access database files along
with the proper validations.
Report generated using MS-Chart control for Quantity on hand both in stock and those
waiting for inspection for a selected item can be found . Also number of items issued on a
selected day to the purchase department is also generated using MS-Chart control. The quantity
supplied , yet to be supplied on a particular Purchase order is generated using Ms-Flexgrid
Control. Also reports on the products received from various branches due to failures are
generated based on various conditions and formats.
