Solid concrete blocks; include all cutting,
special blocks, control and expansion joints,
reinforcement, wall ties, anchors, and all holes
and chases for other trades:

b walls; 150mm thick 3,974 m2

c walls; 200mm thick 24,023 m2

04860 - TERRACOTTA WALL CLADDING

Terracotta cladding; to walls; polished/semi polished/
mattt/textured all as specified; in patterns as shown on drawings
include for all mechanical supports,fixings,accessories, sealant
pointing, etc.

100 x 100mm epoxy painted galvanised mild steel channel

bolted to concrete structure through welded straps at 1500mm
centres to form horizontal sight line in terracotta cladding at
each floor level on external elevations; all as shown on
f Elevation and Wall Section drawings. 1665 m
