1. Laporan ini adalah untuk kegunaan Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia.
2. Laporan hendaklah ringkas, padat dan tepat.
3. Laporan hendaklah berhubung dengan perkara yang perlu diambil perhatian dan kesalahan
yang dilakukan.
4. Laporan hendaklah dihantar ke Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia melalui Ketua Pentaksir
Sekolah (u.p: Ketua Penolong Pengarah, Sektor Penyelidikan Dan Dasar)

1. LAPORAN PENILAIAN PRESTASI MENGIKUT KONSTRUK


(KEKUATAN, KELEMAHAN DAN KESILAPAN)

(a) Construct 1- Give appropriate Response. Converse on topic effectively


Strength: A few students are able to follow the ULBS requirement.
Weakness: Students memorize the text given by teacher.

(b) Construct 2- Speak fluently using correct and acceptable pronunciation


Strength: A few students are able to pronounce words, phrases and sentences correctly.
Weakness: Majority of students are highly influenced to the use of mother tongue.

(c) Construct 3: Speak coherently


Strength: A few students know their tasks and able to use suitable language in their
communication.
Weakness: A lot of students read and do not understand what they have read.
(d) Construct 4- Speak the language using a wide range of appropriate vocabulary within
the context.
Strength: The students prepared the text by themselves.

(e) Construct 3: Speaking using correct grammar


Strength: Students aware the importance in using the correct grammar in communication.
Weakness: A lot of students ignore the rules of grammar when speaking.

3. KOMEN TENTANG INSTRUMEN


Model 1 Teacher-Student, Model 2- Peer Model 3- Group Presentation (Forum talking about
the novel Sing to the Dawn). All the models are suitable for the students level and proficiency.

4. SARANAN KEPADA CALON


Use English as medium of communication even outside the classroom. Students should be given
enough time and preparation for oral test.

5. SARANAN KEPADA GURU


The teachers have to juggle between finishing the syllabus and to evaluate students according to
the time limit. Thus, teachers should be given an isolate period for ULBS assessment.

6. ISU DAN SARANAN PENAMBAHBAIKAN ULBS


Suggestions a list of themes and topics should be provided/ given by the teachers
