OCT. 2005. The manager of this company Mr. ANKURBHAI gives me
full and correct information about Personnel, Marketing, and Finance
and Production departments of the company.

FALCON is manufacturing from high quality of raw material
e.g. its Bowls made from SS304 grand non-magnetic, non-corrosive,
providing permanent smooth surface to the flow, head of water. The
Bowl impeller set is designed hydraulically with each other for specified
flow, head and load so as to achieve the max.

2) As per the drawing patterns and casting are procured of cast iron
components like, connecting peace, upper lower housing, motor
base etc. and there after machining is carried out as per drawing.
Finally red oxide is applied in ordered to prevent rusting.

4) Balancing of Rotor is done on dynamic balancing machine.
6) For manufacturing of the pump, the pump shafts are cut as per
the size required. Complete fitting of the pump is done in the
following order.
Suction is mounted.
Fitting of bowl and impeller is carried out.
Fitting of delivery outlet is carried out.
Fitting of strip joint.
