SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :

WE, MARY KATHERINE VILLARICO-REYES and RICHARD CLAUDE C. VILLARICO,

Filipinos and of legal age, with resident address/es at 201 Corner Kamagong-Apitong Sts.,
Pueblo Concepcion, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, hereby name, constitute and appoint MARY
KATHERINE VILLARICO-REYES, Filipino, of legal age, with residence address at 201 Corner
Kamagong-Apitong Sts., Pueblo, Concepcion, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, to be our true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, in connection with the release of the salaries/remunerations and
other benefits by the Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Iloilo . The same said
salaries/remunerations and other benefits were for consideration of the services rendered
by our late brother, ROBERT LEEE CASPE VILLARICO relative to his having been elected as
one of the Sangguniang Bayan Members of the same said Municipality of San Miguel, Iloilo ,
which contract of services has been terminated upon his death on June 11, 2017.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to sign, execute and deliver whatever documents may be required or desirable after the
appropriate accounting is made to settle the respective obligations of the parties under the
above-mentioned contract of services, to claim and acknowledge receipt of the monies or
the remainder thereof, as the case may be, for us and in our names, places and stead, and
for our (including the attorney-in-facts) use and benefit, as well as to do and perform any
and all other acts and things necessary and proper to be done in and about the premises,
with the same binding force and effect as we might or could lawfully do if personally present
and acting, and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do
or cause to be done in our behalf by virtue of these presents.

I, MARY KATHERINE VILLARICO-REYES, Filipino, of legal age, married with address at

201 Corner Kamagong-Apitong Sts., Pueblo Concepcion, Mandurriao, Iloilo hereby states
that :

1. I am duly authorized by all the heirs of ROBERT LEEE C. VILLARICO as per

attached Special Power of Attorney to receive the salaries/remunerations and
other benefits or the remaining amounts thereof in connection with the services
rendered by our late brother, ROBERT LEEE C. VILLARICO to the Local
Government Unit (LGU) of San Miguel, Iloilo relative to his being one of the
elected Sangguniang Bayan Member of the same said Municipality of San Miguel,
Iloilo ;

2. I undertake to hold the LGU of San Miguel, Iloilo free and harmless from any and
all claims of, or liabilities to , any person, by reason of the release of the said
salaries/remuneration/benefits due to my late brother, ROBERT LEEE C.
VILLARICO, to me . I likewise undertake to indemnify the LGU for all liabilities,
damages and/or expenses it may incur in connection with its release of the same
said salaries/remunerations/benefits to me ;

3. Lastly, I acknowledge receipt of the salaries/remuneration/benefits amounting to

complete settlement of any and all claims which our brother, and all his heirs,
may have against the LGU of San Miguel, Iloilo by reason of the said Contract of
