we have received your request forwarded to our attention on July 9th, 2017, requesting the inclusion
of your documented accusation of the Myanmar Government for International crimes against
Myanmar Muslims.

In view of the representativeness of the organizations who are presenting the request, the
substantial documentation you are proposing to present, the coherence of your requests with all the
material which is included in the original act of accusation, this Permanent Peoples Tribunal has
considered the request very positively, and agree on its inclusion in the ongoing procedure of
investigation in view of the presentation in the Session in Kuala Lumpur, September 18-22, 2017.
