5 M/s Bright Solar Pvt. UPNEDA, Lucknow Company has not executed
Ltd, Ahmadabad to the placed work orders.
Now the matter is in Court

The above information is based on the communication received from the State Nodal
Agencies. It is advised that State Nodal Agencies/ Organisation take note of the
above status while dealing with the above entities
