Technoroll offers a complete range of standard and

custom designed conveyor idlers for various bulk
handling application in gravel, mining, cement, coal
processing, bulk terminal, fertilizer and in-plant
conveying applications throughout industry.

Technoroll design and manufacture idlers in

different trough anglers and for various usages in
a wide range of belt conveying. The range include
fixed carrying, fixed return, impact idler, training
idlers, transition idlers to suit different belt widths.

Technoroll idlers and pulleys pass through a stringent ISO

9001 quality inspection, before they become a key
component in your conveyor system.

Technoroll idler also conforms to CEMA (Conveyor

Equipment Manufacturers Association) standards, along
with other industrial standards, ensuring the best available

MAIN FEATURES OF IDLERS / ROLLERS

Shell : The shells are made from special ERW conveyor tubing with close tolerance ensuring smooth,
eccentrically free running with minimum diameter runout. Smallest rotating weight of roller require low
horsepower, thereby conserving power and energy due to lowest possible dynamic friction.

Bearing Housing : The bearing housing are made

of deep drawn quality sheet pressed to high degree
of accuracy, keeping tolerance at bearing seating
region as specified by the bearing manufactures.

Bearing : Technoroll rollers are fitted with single

row deep groove ball bearings, ZZ shielded type,
C3 or C4 internal clearance. We have selected
these bearings because they give up to ten minutes
angular deflection in their operation, coupled with
even load distribution within each bearing race.

Shaft : Made from carbon steel round bar. The

round bar are cut, turned with perfect tolerance
and ground bearing seating to ensure perfect fit
between bearing and shaft.

Design Feature

Labyrinth seal : Time tested and universally accepted multistage sealing arrangement made of nylon
are provide on both side of the bearing with dust cover and waterproof rain cap. The components are
assembled together with high quality grease packing ensuring effective sealing of bearing from ingress
of dust and moisture, giving trouble free long life operation.

Lubrication : All bearing, labyrinth sealing are permanently lubricated.

Testing : All the rollers are thoroughly tested for free rotation, measurement of friction factors, dust
and water proof sealing before dispatch.

circumference welding machine and hydraulic operated
bearing and sealing press jig.

We stock DIN and CEMA size conveyor tubing and housing.

Conveyor Pulley
Technoroll manufacture conveyor pulley. We use automatic rubber
strip builder to apply the rubber lagging and autoclave vulcanized.
Ceramic lagging used Rema Tip Top cold bonding technology.
