TheComplainantstatesthatthefollowingfactsestablishprobablecause:

YourComplainantisalicensedpeaceofficerwiththeWoodburyPoliceDepartment.Basedonreports
relatingtoanincidentoccurringonMarch30th2017at8268TamarackVillage,intheCityofWoodbury,
WashingtonCountyMN,involvingDefendantAvianceRecheEnglish(d/o/b01/02/1994),yourcomplainant
offersthefollowingstatementtoestablishprobablecause:

OnMarch30th2017atapproximately1:42pmyourComplainantrespondedtotheaforementioned
addressonthereportofshopliftinginprogress.UponarrivaltheDefendanthereinwasbeingconfronted
outsideofthebusinessbyanassetprotectionemployee.Theassetprotectionemployedreported
witnessingtheDefendantconcealingclothingonherpersonandleavingthestorewithoutpayingforit.A
searchoftheDefendant'spersonrevealedthestolenitemsstuffeddownthefrontofherpants.Thevalueof
thestolenitemsis$43.98.AlsofoundontheDefendant'spersonwasanelectronicdeviceusedtoremove
securitysensorsfrommerchandise.TheDefendantadmittedtoknowingthedevicewasusedtoremove
securitytagsfrommerchandise.
