24/7/365 monitoring of all alarms generated by Ericsson MW nodes such (TN's, HC's, OMS,
MRD's, MSR, AXX).
Daily and monthly Report of active alarms& Follow up
1st&2nd line trouble shooting of generated alarms and problems.
Reporting of all transmission problems and network performance.
Faults escalation, follow up with field maintenance and ELS when needed.
Coordination of Fault origins with other Vendors.
Management Escalation and Updates of Major Network Problems through Front Office

Keep & Provide the backup configuration for all live microwave nodes.
Control and supervise the maintenance downtime MDT& TCN for all activities on live elements
related to transmission and keep a copy of configuration backup before& after each activity.
Control the access for all transmission network nodes.
Report to line manager, customer care, customer services and the other department during the
network out off service or maintenance.
