33 Kv Transmission Line damage due to fallen of tree on 33 kv line

Rectification work of access road in progress

Remove the debris and allow for traffic. Due to continue of rain it is not
advisable to travel by vehicles. Further road improvement work in progress.

Power House and Tailrace
There is no any damage due to heavy rain.

Surface area of tail race and no any damage due to heavy rain. Tail race is under this surface.

Outlet of tailrace . Accumulated gravel not affected to operational work but this should be
remove before start the operational work

Penstock Path

Minor Land slide between anchor block A4 and A5 . Access road washed out
at A5 due to heavy flow in the stream closed to anchor block 5 .There is no
physical damage to penstock supports but some of foundation not stable.

This support foundation not stable . Should Introduce retaining wall to

protect the foundation.

Soil collapse on penstock line and this was expecting during design stage and
this is not very critical for operational work. This area is very unstable and
penstock path design based on that situation.

Downstream erosion of stream

Support at middle of stream is located on rock and foundation anchored to

rock.

Damage of access road this path was used for headwork and we did not
used for operational work but land owners used for their activity.

Forebay Tank

There are no any damages in forebay area

Minor land slide at upstream of channel

Fallen of Rock Boulder to channel wall . No damage but it should be remove.

New water path created due to heavy rain and need to introduce several Box
culverts across Channel path .

Surface runoff bring lots of derbies to channel

Land slide can happen in future but there is no visible very thick overburden in
that area,

There are no any visible damages for intake structure and the weir structure.
Upstream of weir and intake mouth is completely covered by land slide derbies.

Intake completely sealed with land slide in upstream of weir.
