21 Honorable Leslie E. Ghiz, a judge of the said

2 in chambers. This is to be sealed under

3 Superintendence Rule 45.

4 State of Ohio versus Raymond

5 Tensing.

6 The jury has a question. The

7 question is, "What is the legal

8 definition of passion and/or sudden

9 passion?"

10 Counsel is all present.

11 I looked it up. It's right in

12 the jury instructions. I think probably

13 what they want is a little clearer

14 definition, but we can't give that to

15 them. So I was just going to put, "See

16 Jury Instructions, Page 15," if that's

17 okay.

18 MR. MATHEWS: That's fine with

19 me.

20 MR. TIEGER: Yes.

21 THE COURT: I'm sure I could have

22 told you that on the phone, but I need

23 you in here for the record, so that's

24 all I'm putting.
