I, Eben Amor A. Ignacio, newly elected Vice President of the SPA Club Officers, would like to
have a meeting with you and the rest of the SPA PTA Officers about the proposal we, the SPA
Club have prepared.

We would like to discuss with you about important matters regarding the Special Program in the
Arts. The following concerns listed below are the ones that we will discuss in the meeting:

Project Pintuan for Male and Female Bathrooms in Building B.

Upcoming events of the Special Program in the Arts.
Other concerns or suggestions for the improvement of the Special Program in the Arts.

We would like to conduct the meeting on Friday, August 4, 2017 1:00 P.M. at the SPA Office.
