I've found two skype accounts associated with seth using his gmail address. This also suggests his second gmail,
panda4progress, is linked to his main gmail since the second account is linked with panda4progress, the first one to his
seth.c.rich account.

Here's another lead or something to use.

Go to haveibeenpwned.com which is a site used to find out if your email is associated with a data breach.

His email address was part of the LinkedIn hack and Dropbox. Not sure what was taken but this means there are hacker
dumps with information. Could be a password or a has of a password but I thought this info could be helpful in regards to
the accounts.
