Summary
The data model and data represented are the people in the office
provided. These nodes (people) within the office are represented by
circles and they are connected to each other as they speak to one
another. If a person has talked to another specific person within the
office, they are connected by a solid line. The connection goes deeper
than just the line from node to node because the person a could talk
to person b and then directly go and talk to a different person c
and gossip about them. The web is all connected by a certain someone
which makes it all the more interesting and shows how easily office
gossip gets around the office. In conclusion, it is important to keep
quiet and not tell anyone if you are looking to keep something private
a secret. As you can tell the president is the most talked to. The trues
next to the name represent management and the falses represent
non-management employees.

Metric Definition Interpretation

Degree How well connected a node is. The degree of each node (person in the office) shows
how connected they are in terms of gossip. The
president is obviously the highest degree as hes
heard gossip from everyone. The higher the degree
the more the node has talked to other nodes.
