RESOLUTION

The meeting of the all office bearers of LIMBS was held to consider the following
agenda:-

Registration of LIMBS under Societies Registration Act.

All the office bearers unanimously agreed and resolved that the necessary
arrangements for registration may be made and , Chairman, shall be
empowered to do all lawful things, acts and deeds necessary and conducive to the
registration under Societies Registration Act, 1860.
