El blues es uno
de los gneros
musicales ms
B.B. King, Eric Clapton, Duke Ellington o Stevie Ray Vaughn son algunos de
sus principales exponentes.
So remember when we were driving,
driving in your car
Fast Car The speed so fast, I felt like I was
Tracy Chapman drunk
City lights lay out before us
reproducciones And your arms felt nice wrapped
35.502 'round my shoulder
You've got a fast car And I had, had a feeling that I
I want a ticket to anywhere belonged
Maybe we make a deal And I had, had a feeling I could be
Maybe together we can get someone, be someone, be someone
somewhere
You've got a fast car
Anyplace is better And we go cruising to entertain
Starting from zero, got nothing to ourselves
lose You still ain't got a job
Maybe we'll make something And I work in a market as a checkout
Me and myself, I got nothing to girl
prove I know things will get better
You'll find work and I'll get promoted
You've got a fast car We'll move out of the shelter
And I've got a plan to get us out of Buy a big house and live in the
here suburbs
I've been working at the convenience
store So remember when we were driving,
Managed to save just a little bit of driving in your car
money The speed so fast, I felt like I was
Won't have to drive too far drunk
Just to cross the border and into the City lights lay out before us
city And your arms felt nice wrapped
You and I can both get jobs 'round my shoulder
And finally see what it means to be And I had, had a feeling that I
living belonged
And I had, had a feeling I could be
You see my old man's got a problem someone, be someone, be someone
He lives with the bottle, that's the
way it is You've got a fast car
He says his body's too old for And I've got a job that pays all our
working bills
His body's too young to look like his You stay out drinking late at the bar
My mama went off and left him See more of your friends than you
She wanted more from life than he do of your kids
could give I'd always hoped for better
I said somebody's got to take care of Thought maybe together you and me
him would find it
So I quit school and that's what I did I got no plans, I ain't going nowhere
So take your fast car and keep on
You got a fast car driving
But is it fast enough, so we can fly
away? So remember when we were driving,
We gotta make a decision driving in your car
We leave tonight or live and die this The speed so fast, I felt like I was
way drunk
City lights lay out before us
And your arms felt nice wrapped You got a fast car
'round my shoulder But is it fast enough, so you can fly
And I had, had a feeling that I away?
belonged You've gotta make a decision
And I had, had a feeling I could be You leave tonight or live and die this
someone, be someone, be someone way
3. Jazz
otro nuevo gnero estaba comenzando a desarrollarse. Muchos afroamericanos eran
As que muchos formaron pequeas bandas y buscaron
trabajo en bares y pubs.
You can write your tunes with rhythm and blues as your alibi
You can sell your soul and lay the blame on the passers-by
You shake your body on the TV screen
It seems to me, you'd try anything twice
And swing it out and use it as your aphrodisiac
You can give it to me, to me
Plain to see that I'll give it you back
You let it flow, let it go, there's nothing to it
Anyone can try anything twice, try anything twice
La la la la la la la la la la laaa..
You can take a trip through your juke joint smoke-filled paradise
You can give it your all, 'cause you are walking a fine, fine line, la
You shake your booty on the TV screen
Seems to me, you'd try anything twice
You'd try anything twice
Well let me hear you now..

Elvis Presley
caractersticas, y pronto aprendieron a tocarla.
