Kartikeya is a versatile engineering industry established in 2013 near Sadasivpet, Andhra Pradesh. We
are first generation entrepreneurs with vast experience of over 25 years in the field of Cold Forming,
Light Engineering Fabrication & Trading of non-ferrous metals and acquired expertise in running large
professional organizations. Our company is headed by experienced technocrats and engineers to deliver
quality products at a right price.

Kartikeya installed latest roll forming mills along with fabrication equipment with a capacity of 20,000 MT /
Annum and can cater variety of cold formed sections and light fabrications ranging from 0.4 mm to 6 mm.
The factory is built on 13 acres of land with state of art facilities. Each department is headed by
experienced personnel to meet the stringent quality parameters and service the products in time.

Kartikeya Industries Private Limited is a new born entity, established in the year 2013 with group of
Technocrats having vast experience in Cold Forming, Light Engineering Fabrication and Trading. It is
situated at Mominpet near Sadashivpet, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. Kartikeya is equipped with state of
art machinery for the manufacture of intricate profiles for variety of applications. The products are
manufactured in conformity with Indian and International Standards. Kartikeya has engineering and

design capabilities to reach new frontiers of technical excellence coupled with committed high degree of
service and quality. Kartikeya has built a capacity to deliver 20000 MT per annum of Cold Forming
Sections and Light Engineering Fabricated Structures. Kartikeya has envisaged entering Non-Ferrous
Metals and Steel making Ingredients which will form a perfect product mix and help in moving up the
value chain in the coming years.

Products

Purlins

It is a thing of past where Hot Rolled steel (ISMC Sections) was used as the secondary members of a
steel building. In the recent times Cold Formed Steel is extensively used as the basic material of
construction to complete the projects in a short time. Considering the higher strength to weight ratio of
CRF Sections, Z and C Purlins are very popular in the construction of steel buildings, whether it is an
industrial ware house or a PEB or a complex Turbo Generator building in a power plant or in any green
field projects.

Cold Formed Purlins are well accepted by architects, structural consultants all over India and abroad.
Kartikeya can supply a wide variety of sections like Z-Purlins, C-Channels, Lip Channels, Multi-Beams,
Angles and various other profiles in thickness range of 1.2 mm to 6 mm. Sections can be supplied in

various grades of steel depending on the customer requirements. Most commonly used material is HR
and Galvanized Steel.

Roofing / Cladding Sheets

Kartikeya manufactures and supplies Trapezoidal Profiled Roofing sheets in Bare Galvalume / Colour
Coated Galvalume / Colour Coated Galvanized Steel with thickness ranging from 0.47mm to 0.6 mm.
Profiles are supplied in exact cut to length up to 12 meters as per customer's requirement.

Roofing Accessories

We have the complete package with an impressive range of Roofing Accessories designed to
complement the roofing sheets. Our accessories include Ridge Capping, Valley Gutter, and other
Flashings along with turbine ventilators, Louvers, poly carbonate sheets (Skylights), fasteners etc. A wide
range of guttering, downpipe and steel fascia profiles are also available in styles to suit your
requirement.

Deck Sheets

Composite Deck sheet is a steel profile with ribs, embossments which helps in binding with concrete slab
and together forms a part of the floor structure. This interlocking between the concrete and the floor deck
creates a reinforced concrete slab that serves the dual purpose of permanent shuttering and
reinforcement. In recent times, Composite decking has become the most effective method of constructing
floors in steel buildings and has tremendous advantage in high rise Buildings.

Solar Module Mounting Structures

Kartikeya can supply solar module mounting structures based on the designs provided by the customer.

Guard - Rails

Guard-Rails are very effective road safety systems which help in protecting vehicles and the passengers
in case of an accident and also serve as a good visual guide for drivers, especially in the night. Kartikeya
manufactures and supplies the metal crash barriers which are strong, sturdy and aesthetic.

Guard-Rails are cold formed sections and hot dip galvanized to 550 GSM

Raw material conforming to IS 5986 Grade Fe 360/Fe 410, IS 10748 Grade II or equivalent

Fish tail beams and base plates are supplied as per customers' requirements.
