Food

Food can produced much more cheaply with the help of improved fertilizers and other
chemical which harm to hum helth.

- As in the case of all other activities of human life, food production and
processing also come under the influence of industrial standard
- Food production and processing have become easier both at home and outlets
- However, it has it repercussion impact on individual, local communities and the
whole world of society in several way

- To begin with, the major drawback of modern food production is its dependence on
chemical
- For example, intensive farming techniques, use of chemical fertilizers and
insecticides of 1950's, are being led to desertification of the extensive area of
otherwise arable land.
- In addition to this, many of these chemical, such as Endosulphan, are badly
effecting the human life.
- Besides, the internationalization of food industry, with its dependence on the
chemical ingredients such as colors, additives and preservatives, is causing harm
to human health

- Moreover, although intensive farming was thought to be capable of alleviating

epidemic poverty, starvation and hunger, it has become counter-productive in over
the years.
- A recent study reveal that without use of chemical fertilizers and insecticides,
agriculture products would have been only 5% less than those produced through
intensive farming.
- Thus, we could have maintained the natural composition of soil and biodiversity.

-Furthermore, in the quest for novelty, many people depend heavily on food items,
which come from alien lands.
-Many fruits and vegetables loss their nutritions when they are transported and
stored for long time as preservatives are used.
- Besides, neglating local production result in people losing their livelihood

- To sum up, industrialisation has made the production and processing of food much
more easier than previous generation
- However, eating balanced diet is a key to healthy life.
- Nature has given us a wide variety of food materials which are suitable for the
topography, geography, and climate
-Forgetting this might make us pay heavier price as they are artificial amd can
distrub the ecological balance

Organic and locally produced foods may have environmental benefits such as using
less pesticides or fertilizers. These foods, like others, can be exposed to harmful
bacteria during the growing and harvesting process.

Bacteria will be destroyed during microwave cooking just as in other types of

ovens, so food is safe cooked in a microwave oven, as long as it is heated to the
necessary temperature (generally above 70 C). However the food can cook less
evenly than in a conventional oven
