come up with smart business strategies that help your company thrive.

But what is strategy? It's about choice, gaining clarity and having a clear process for weighing up pros and cons.

Participant profile
Youre a senior leader, responsible for developing and executing strategies to make your business more successful.
Your class is individually put together through a selection process, to ensure that you experience the most impactful
learning with a truly diverse group of global peers. Your class will become a trusted resource, encourage your
learning journey and surprise you in many beneficial ways, both during and beyond your classroom experience.

ASM was a turning point for me. Both personally and professionally,
I learned about subjects I hadnt been aware of before. In particular,
it changed my way of thinking, my approach to problems and my
strategic analysis capabilities. I acquired new tools and a more insightful
self-awareness on many matters, but especially regarding my
interaction with my peers, employees and all stakeholders. Above all,
ASM changed my mindset!
