Common Rail Motormanagement

The software allows you to independently study the operating principle of a Common Rail injection system with all its characteristic
components, the relevant function charts, the car related terms and practice-oriented trouble-shooting. The student can study
individual subjects step by step in dialogs. Graphs with cross-sectional or three-dimensional components, animated sequences and
explanatory texts guide the student through the selected subject at their individual pace. Test exercises, which are also based on
graphics, allow the student to immediately check their gained knowledge. The test result will be indicated immediately after the test
and, if necessary, it will be recommended to repeat the exercise.

tion pressure control, vehicle speed sensor, function of injection
nozzle, sensor for gas pedal position, sensor for fuel tempera-
ture, sensor for coolant temperature, sensor for engine speed,
sensor for manifold pressure, sensor for manifold temperature,
ignition plug, cooling liquid, Hall-effect sensor for camshaft,
high-pressure pump, control valve for boost pressure, air rate
meter, coupling pedal switch.

Hardware and software requirements

IBM compatible PC 386 or higher, 4 MB RAM min., hard disk
memory of 6 MB min., 3.5" drive, Windows 3.1 or higher.
