Health project

Saturday 5/27/17
-exercise - jogged ~2.5 miles with my brother
-food - breakfast home made waffles with peanut butter honey blueberries apples + 1slice of Bacon
-lunch/dinner home made salmon sashimi + year of corn + chicken pieces + bowl of Ice cream
-snack - bubble tea w/ little sugar
-sleep - ~7 hours 2am - 9 am

Sunday 5/28/17
-slept ~6 hours 3am - 9am
-no exercise
-breakfast all bran cereal, 1 box of blueberries, bag of dried apricots
-lunch - home made chili with pasta
-3 hour band rehearsal
-snack - lots of watermelon - box of Strawberry's - shrimp chips (japanese food, like cheese puffs but without the
cheese and salt)

Monday 5/29/17
- 8 hours +~40 minutes 12pm - 8:40am*
- breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs - 2 slices of whole wheat bread - mayo - coffee w/ honey + milk - box of blueberries
- lunch - bowl of curry udon - pretty oily ~600-800 cal - bubble lychee punch flavor very sweet
- exercise - walked for roughly 2 and a half hours
- snack - 2 chocolate doughnuts
- 1 hour trumpet practice
- snack - box of blueberries - bag of dried of apricots - all bran cereal w/ cup of milk - some rye bread

Tuesday 5/30/17
Slept - ~7 hours 11:30am - 6:30am
- Breakfast - all bran cereal w/ milk - coffee w/ honey + milk - a slice of white bread w/ humus
- lunch - turkey sandwich w/ white bread
-Exercise - jogged 2.5 miles
Dinner - chicken breasts breaded and fried on pan w/ rice + spinach +box of strawberries and blueberries
Snacks - watermelon + graham crackers + meatballs w/ pasta
Me time - played games + listened to music for 1 hour before bed

Wednesday 5/31/17
Slept - 11am - 6:30am 7 and a half hours
Breakfast - peanut butter jelly sand which rye bread + half cup of milk + strawberries
Lunch - turkey sandwich w/ hummus + apple + white bread + ice pop
Dinner - pasta with chicken cutlets + strawberries + box of blueberries
Snack - bubble tea + watermelon + piece of rye bread with cheese
Me time - played facebook game for 30 minutes before bed

Thursday 6/1/17
Slept - 2am - 6:30am - 4 and a half hours
Breakfast - peanut butter sandwich + half a cup of milk 2 slices of rye bread + hummus
Lunch - turkey sandwich with hummus
Dinner - breaded pork chips with pasta + kimchi + 12 oz root beer + sweet bell peppers + romaine hearts + apple
cinnamon SimpleNature bar
Snack - 2 squares of dark chocolate + salad w/ no dressing

Friday 6/2/17
Slept 11am - 6:10am ~7 hours
Breakfast - rye bread with cheese + 2 eggs fried + banana + milk + tea
Lunch - Turkey sandwich rye bread w/ hummus
Dinner - 1 slice hawaiian + 1 slice pepperoni + large bubble tea
Snacks - Went to gala party had small snacks - lots of cheese + cucumbers + celery + 1 1/2 pepsi can

Saturday - 6/3/17
Slept - 12 am - 6:30am - 6 and a half hours
Breakfast - All Bran cereal + strawberries + blueberries
Lunch - large homemade malapot (tofu, pork, sauces, oily, lots of vegetables, mushrooms) w/ rice
Snack - wasabi beans, dried fruit, dried apricots, blueberries,
