My DISC profile did not change dramatically. I still have most of the characteristics that I had in

my first assessment which was a year ago. The first assessment I scored high in Steadiness.

Steadiness is usually performing in a consistent, predictable way. People in this category dont

I feel that both assessments were accurate facts of myself. I believe that I have grown as a leader

as well.
