ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF DEBT

WE, BENIGNO ULYSES M. GONZALES and MA. ARLENE CARRERA,

both of legal age, spouses, Filipino and resident of 8-3-3-3 Espazio Bernardo,
Champaca St., Bgy. Sauyo, Bagbag, Quezon City, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That we are currently occupying a condominium unit specifically

described and located at 3rd Flr. Bldg. 8, Cluster 3, Unit 3, Espazio
Bernardo, Champaca St., Bgy. Sauyo, Bagbag, Quezon City which
was acquired via PAG-IBIG Housing Loan under the above-named
BENIGNO ULYSES M. GONZALES;

2. That, however, our nephew VICTOR GONZALES RABINO JR., of

legal age, Filipino, married and with postal address at 9344 Espazio
St. Bernardo Condo Sauyo, Quezon City paid all the required
payments pertinent to the aforestated Housing Loan to wit:
a. Processing fee - Php 30,000.00
b. Move-in Fee - Php 9,500.00
3. That, further, our above-named nephew also paid the Air-condition
installation of the said Condo Unit by the Phinma Developer which
costs THIRTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 13,
500.00);

4. That, further finally, our nephew is paying the monthly

amortization of the aforestated unit including the parking fee with a
total cost of ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php
11,500.00) since June 2006 up to the present;

5. That relative thereto, we agreed to the stipulation that we are

paying FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (Php 4,000.00) for the monthly
rental of the said unit to our nephew VICTOR GONZALES RABINO
JR., while he only tenders SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
PESOS (Php 7,500.00) monthly to complete the total amount of Php
11,500.00 for the aforementioned amortization and parking fee;

6. That this affidavit has been executed jointly to attest to the truth of
the foregoing statement for whatever legal worth it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hand this 5 th day of

May, 2010 at Quezon City, Metro Manila.
