An individual who has broad and basic understanding of the many


areas of logistics and banking and is willing to continue to expand
experiences in new and different fields of work. Also capable in
delivering results in new and changing circumstances while dealing
well with ambiguity and complexity.

Pursueing my studies in Masters in Business Management and


Logistics supply chain in Asia University and will be compeleteing in
2017.

Professional Career

2007 : Joined A/M Maritime Logistics as a logistics and shipping executive


: Promoted to Senior Executive, Group Communications
: Awarded Star Performer for consistently demonstrating positive excellent work
performance.

2011 : Joined Malayan Bank Berhad (Maybank) Sdn Bhd as American


Express customers services executive.
: Promoted to permanent Maybank staff within 6 months of working.

2014 : Started Security Guard Business by taking a subcontract under


Expert Security.
: Supplied guards to shopping malls, constructions area,
Housing area and other places that needs guards services.

2015 : Had an opportunity to work abroad in Dallas, Texas USA under an Import
and Export company.
: Gain new experiences working in a different country as an import and
export executive

My experiences

1. I have managed a small logistics company in Internal Communications and External


Communications, inbound and outbound transportation management, fleet management,
warehousing, materials handling, order fulfilment, inventory management, supply/demand
planning. I have worked well with external transportation companies to deliver the product
to our customers on time and undamaged.

2. As a customer service adviser in a bank i would be a customer's first point of contact.


Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining
the cause of the problem and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the
problem, expediting correction or adjustment following up to ensure resolution.

3. Managed a few guards under me to look after a construction area. Training and basic
understanding of safety has to be thought to them before I bring them to start their work in
construction area. Prepare a well working environment for them with all the basic needs
that a construction site needs for example safety boots, safety helmet, vests and a small
room to write all the reports of daily activities.

4. Got an opportunity to work abroad in Dallas, Texas USA as an Import and Export executive.
As an import and export executive I need to handle a lot of paper works and keep records
of the incoming and outgoing stocks from the warehouse. I also need to build professional
and ethical relationship with my clients.

I am a fast learner and enjoy working with people at all levels and capable of working well both
on own initiative and as part of a team to achieve mutual objective.
