Copycat Rules

Goal: to earn the most Victory Points and be elected the new President by efficient use of your campaign
Workers and Action cards.
End of Game: At the end of the round when one of the three following conditions occur:
A player has 95 or more Victory Points (VPs)
A players has bought the last Doctorate card
The 11th round is complete

In general, cards of certain colors can be used
during certain phases, as listed below.

Other Rules
Actions from a card or Office take precedence over other stated rules.
If an Action allows you to do multiple things (such as Buy 2 cards), you can choose to do fewer than the maximum, if
desired.
You can combine Actions in any way, as appropriate, to benefit you.
Anything (cards, Campaign Workers, Offices) that can be doubled (from an Action), may only be doubled twice per turn.
If something (Action, money, VPs, etc.) is doubled then doubled again, it is tripled, not quadrupled!
