How to draw tetrahedron in Microsoft Word?

Start with the triangle at the back. Go to Insert > Shapes > Basic Shapes > Click on Triangle

Now, insert two more such triangles or create two copies of the first triangle for the two triangles at
front.
Our next objective is to orient those two triangles into something like above. To do that you need to
make use of the green circle and yellow square at top-centre point of the selected triangle, similar to
those in the following image. First use green circle to rotate the triangle to right or left, as required and
then use the yellow square to the change the depth of the triangle, to give it a 3D effect.
Using the vertex at the bottom left position, decrease the width of triangle.

Now, place the back triangle and this side triangle such that their bottom right vertices match each
other. Before moving ahead, right click on the back triangle > Order > Send to Back

Extend the right side triangle or change its orientation to match the top vertex of the back triangle. Play
for a while with the yellow square, you will get the right one.

Now, similarly follow for the left side triangle. Play with it and you will get the correct orientation.

Now, select the right side triangle > Format > Drawing Tools > Shape Fill > No fill
This will make the line of the back side triangle visible.

Now, press Ctrl and select all three triangles > Right click > Grouping > Group

This will create a tetrahedron.
