Dr. Rajiv Kumar Gupta :

Gujarat cadre IAS officer of 1986 batch. Dr. Rajiv
Kumar Gupta joined GNFC(Gujarat Narmada Valley
Fertilizers and Chemical) as a Managing Director on
2nd of may 2013. Since then he served as the
Chairman of the board of Gujarat and Urban
Development Company Limited till 11th of july 2016.

GNFCs growth after his joining

Cashless transactions are been started by GNFC for

its sales and also its township. In 2017, PoS
machines are installed at various fertilizers retail
centers which are falling in 243 Talukas in all the 33 district. 11.9 lac bags of fertilizers
costing Rs 40.3 crore were purchased by 99,775 farmers through cashless transaction in
40 days from GNFC retail outlet. With this, GNFC became the first fertilizer company to do
so in our country.

Mr. Ajay Bhadoo :

He is an IAS officer of 1999th batch. With 17 years of
service in public administration, he brought the position of
dynamism and leadership. Mr. bhadoo went strength to
strength and holded the positions like Secretary to the
Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat, Municipal
Commissioner and Collector.

He worked as an Managing director of Gujarat Industrial

Corridor Corporation Limited, Chief executive officer of
Gujarat Development infrastructure Development Board
and Dholera International Airport Company Limited etc.
Ms. Bhadoo was awarded as The Best Collector for his best performance in 2008 as well
as in 2010.
Mr. Mukesh Puri :

Mr. Mukesh Puri an IAS officer of Gujarat served as the

Chairman of Board of Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited
from date 28th of july 2011 till 2nd of july 2012. Mr. Puri also
served as the Director of Gujarat Industries Power Co. LTD
and Director of Gujarat Urban development Company
limited.

M Thennarasan :
Mr. Thennarasan, IAS officer of 2000 batch. He took over
as Municipal Commissioner of Surat in september 2016. He
was the deputy Collector in Vyara in Tapi from 2003-2004.
Before moving to Surat, he was the Commissioner as well
as the Secretary to Government of Gujarat. There he
handled the department of women and child development.
He was also the deputy Commissioner of Municipal
Corporation at Ahmedabad from 2013-2014 and
Commissioner of geology and mining from 2015-2016.

Mrs. Shahmeena Husain :

She has been the Managing director as well as Director
Gujarat Green Revolution Company Limited since 7th of
november 2016. Mrs. Husain being an IAS served as a
Director of Administration at Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam LTD. till
24th of october 2016. She also served as the Chairperson of
Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited till 21th of november
2016, Chairman of Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited till
20th of October 2016, Director of Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam
Limited and Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited till 13th of
March 2017.
