If there is no other subject we use it or there. We call this a dummy subject.

It must be cold outside.

you We saw them in town yesterday, but they didnt see us. = Noi i-am vzut pe ei n
ora ieri, dar ei nu ne-au vzut pe noi.

after prepositions (dup prepoziii):

She is waiting for me. = Ea m ateapt pe mine.) Why are you looking at her? = De ce te uii la ea?
Ill get it for you. = Eu o s i-l aduc ie. Dont take it from us. = Nu l lua de la noi.
Give it to him. = D-o lui. Ill speak to them. = Eu voi vorbi cu ei.
