 Terms and Conditions

1. Our package price may NOT BE FINAL UNTIL booked.

2. Upon confirmation of the booking or tour package, 20% down payment is
required for land arrangement tour and 50% down payment for tour packages
with airfare to guarantee the reservation. The remaining balance will be
collected 15 days before the tour date.
3. The client may pay through bank and send the copy of deposit slip as a proof of
payment.
4. Travel information such as Tour Coordinator, Drivers contact number, Itinerary,
and van assignment will be send three(3) days before the travel date.
5. Clients should be at the assembly/meeting place on or before the time of
departure. The payment made by NO-SHOW clients will be not be refunded.
6. If client decides to or request for room upgrade upon check-in or during the stay
at the designated hotel/lodging, charges will be shouldered solely by the client.
7. JCtours is responsible only for the Services specified above. We act only as agent
for hoteliers, Carriers, Suppliers, and tour operator. We shall not be liable for any
delay, inconvenience, damage or harm to person or properties unless it is a
direct result of our negligence
8. Cancellation of a confirmed booking on the 11th day before the scheduled tour
date will only be entitled to a 50% refund of the total downpayment.
9. Cancellation of a confirmed booking on the 9th day or less before the
scheduled tour date will not be entitled for refund.
10. Cancellation of booking on 15th day before the scheduled tour date will only be
entitled to a 50% refund of total downpayment. For cancellation of confirmed
booking on the 14th day or less before the departure date will not be entitled to
a refund. The total downpayment is forfeited.
11. In case of bad weather, notification will be sent within 24hrs before the
departure date. Refund will not be given and is subject to re-schedule of the
tour.
12. If during the tour and bad weather occurs which is not known or forecasted, the
tour will NOT BE re-scheduled and NO refund will be made.
