Final payment on puppy sales tax included. $ 1500

Buyer(s) agree to purchase the Rottweiler pup described above for the purchase price of $ 1500. under the following conditions.
There is to be a deposit of $ 200 towards the purchase price of the puppy, which this deposit is non-refundable unless the puppy should die (or the bitch
doesnt have enough puppies) before it leaves my premises. In this case the deposit would go towards another litter at another time of any pups are available.

This contract is being freely entered into by both parties,

HEALTH

Breeder guarantees that this dog is in good health at the time of purchase, and will furnish Buyer with the dog's immunization record and recommended diet.
Buyer shall have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours or ASAP of purchase. Buyer may return the dog, for any reason, at Buyer's
expense, to the Breeder within 72 hours of purchase with the registration duly signed and the dog unaltered, for a full refund of purchase price, less a
$200.00 non-refundable fee that applies only if the return is not for documented medical issues

_ FULL AKC REGISTRATION: Any puppies purchased with a SHOW/BREEDING agreement must have prelim x-rays doneat the age of 12
months for a comparative and then at the age of 24-30 months x-rays must be done for OFA or PENN Hip Certification. Vaccinations and
deworming must be current. The mate must be of comparable quality and all tests must also be done prior to any breeding.Von
BrantleyRottweilers reserves the right to repossess said dog if breeding is done prior to testing.
Applies only to the Original Buyer(s)

1. Breeder guarantees that the above described pup is a purebred Rottweiler, with AKC registered parents. Buyer shall duly register
ownership of this pup with AKC.
2. Breeder guarantees that the pup is in good health at the time of purchase and will furnish buyer(s) with the pups immunization record.
3. Breeder guarantees that the sire and dam are free of hip dysplasia.
4. The buyer(s) further agrees to take the following steps regarding the health, safety and training of the pup described herein:

 A. Buyer(s) agrees to properly maintain the health of the pup, for the life of the pup which includes proper diet, regular
exercise, and to be examined by a licensed veterinarian and to be given the 2nd and 3rd set of immunization shots along with
worming and also when due, rabies shots.
B. The buyer(s) shall provide proper nutrition, shelter and exercise.
C. The pup shall be socialized properly after all immunizations given, to include other people outside the family, other dogs,
and strange places. If possible, obedience classes or further training is recommended. Also keep a Rottweiler reference
book on hand at all times to refer back to.
5. If the pup is bought for breeding, the breeder guarantees against all genetic or health problems up to 2 years old. All vaccinations must
be current and documented by a licensed vet. Must also have copy of licensed Veterinarians written report on any genetic or health
problems, but, Breeder reserves the right to request a second opinion from another licensed vet of breeders choice at buyers expense.
When breeding this Rottweiler it must be at least 2 years of age, and has had hips certified free of dysplasia by the OFA and received an
OFA number. Also any elbow problems must by OFA certified. If any eye diseases or entropian lids, must have report from canine eye
specialist. If pup is not breeding sound as mentioned above, breeder will replace with another pup and original pup must be spayed or
neutered. (No Money will be exchanged) But, breeder is NOT responsible for any loss of possible future income, or any emotional or
physical distress that might be caused from not being able to breed the Rottweiler for whatever reason. Also, breeder is NOT responsible
or liable for any vet bills or surgery while pup is in buyers possession if anything arises that is health related or genetic. Buyer(s) is
responsible to meet all breeding requirements as set forth by AKC breed standards or the Rottweiler must be spayed or neutered to
protect the Breed. Also, if a pup is bought as show quality, all guarantees mentioned above for breeding quality apply for show quality;
however, there is no guarantee that a show quality pup will win in the show ring!
6. If pup is sold as a Pet or Companion this Rottweiler CANNOT be used for breeding. It will be sold with a limited AKC Registration,
offspring cannot be registered. Breeder does not guarantee against overbite or underbite, white on the chest, or other areas. Genetic or
health problems are guaranteed up to 2 years old and all vaccinations must be current and documented by a licensed vet. Must also
have copy of licensed Veterinarians written report on genetic or health problems. Hips are guaranteed up to 2 years of age but must be
certified free of dysplasia by the OFA. If found to have hip dysplasia or elbow problems by OFA, then breeder will replace pup with
another. Original pup must be neutered or spayed. Again, as mentioned above, breeder is NOT responsible for any vet bills or surgery
while pup is in buyers possession if anything arises that is health related or genetic. Breeder also reserves the right to request another
opinion from a licensed vet if pup has health or genetic problems at buyers expense.
7. Buyer(s) agrees to release and hold harmless breeder for any and all liability, damages, or injuries caused directly or indirectly by the
Rottweiler to any person, whether actual or legal, or to any property, whether physical, mental, emotional or economic, caused by the
Rottweiler, beginning as soon as the pup leaves the breeders property.
8. Please remember, owning a Rottweiler puppy is a Great Responsibility we require it to be a family member and never be left outside
chained or neglected. We are only a phone call away and will help with ANY questions on training or problems that might come up. We
CARE about our puppies and want them to be happy as well as our customers! Dont forget to have your Rottweiler book on hand also, it
helps to refer back to, or just call me.
9. Naming your puppy. Part of our kennel name, Von Brantley is to be used in the end of the puppies name on the AKC registration form.
This helps us with tracking our litters later in the puppys life. For example: puppies nameVon Brantley

10. I, Shawn Brantley have first right to refusal. This means that the puppy cannot be sold, co-owned, given away, traded, etc .with
anyone else other than Shawn Brantley unless other agreements are made between both parties. The puppy will be returned to Shawn
Brantley for no more than the purchase price.

11. Shipping charges. Pups are shipped or picked up at 8 weeks of age, will have had 2nd set of shots/worming. Buyer is responsible for
shipping charges. In the event of a replacement pup, buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Pup must have vet check up at buyers
expense within 72 hrs of delivery to insure health guarantee, or can use the original health certificate that pup came with. All other guarantees
from breeder apply up to 2 yrs of age.
