Data Conversion at Import and Export

<<How to use EXPORT TIIP/ AAMAout>>

EXPORT is convert DXF file that CAD data exchange for using other CAD.

1. Confirm a circumference
1. Click on [Area] ---->[Circumference] ---->[All]
*You need connection of pieces when circumference became not blue.

2. EXPORT Output
1. Click on [Open] ---->[Export] ---->[TIIP/AAMAout]
*[.Pan data] that made in Super Alpha:Plus converts to
[.dxf data] for using other CAD.

 3. Confirm Export setting
#1....Select to AAMA

SeamAllowance....Automatically discern between [Innerline] from [Outline].

No Seam Allwance....All [Outline]
Seam Allwance + None....Can select [Outline] piece.
* Need discern between Outline and Innerline in DXF conversion.

#3....Select to [All Area] or [Selected Area]

4. Confirm NG piece
#1....Check at NG piece number
#2....When NG piece exist make sure at Outline Error's number.
#3....Click on [Refer] is Setting to Export folder

6. Click on [OK] after Confirm

 6. Saved DXF file
Indicated as the following when normally saved.

7. Click on [OK]

* Confirm pattern data by IMPORT after EXPORT.

1. Setup to EXPORT
1.Click on [Open] ---->[EXPORT] ---->[TIIP/AAMAsetup]

 2. Setting the following.
#1 <Output unit>....Choose unit for Output

#2 <Only Outline>....Choose following when only has Outline to output.

Equalize Seam Allowance....Output to dual [Outline]
Cutting Line....Output to No dual [Outline]

#3 <Curve Output>....Setting curve output

#4< Inside LInes Output>....Setting Internal Line Output
#5 <Character Output>....Setting Internal's Character Output

3. Click on [OK] after Confirm

*To do setting is before EXPORT. Then, to need change of setting when change for each EXPORT

<<Attention to EXPORT>>
1. Confirm Symbols.
Make sure that it has correctly defined to element of the pattern.
It has defined to element is [Notch / Grainline / Drill Hole / Button / Botton Hole]

Click on [Symbol] ---->[SymbolCheck]

It change color when has defined

<Display color and definition>
Green=Notch / Blue=Grainline / Yellow=Drill Hole / Sky blue= Button ,Botton Hole

Choose each definition and set it when hasn't definition, which using [Selection] or [ClickSet].
*The notch made in old version becomes blue.

2. Make the Notch at intersection on Inside line.

3. The Notch of inside pattern doesn't recognize.

(Example/ The notch on the facing line of front pattern)
*It's possible to exchange as shape when cancel of Notch's definition.

4. The Seam Notch doesn't recognize as the Notch.

Also, if it has defined, piece's Outline doesn't recognize correctly when
exchange. You need delete Seam Notch.

5. When it has parallel line between Outline and Inside line, there is fear of
that Outline doesn't recognize.(Example/ Stitch line, Fullness line)

6. Grainline has displayed as error if delete to except of an arrow.

(Warning Grainline)

 <<How to use IMPORT TIIP/AAMA/DXF>>
IMPORT is to read exchanged DXF file from made in other CAD.

1.Read in IMPORT
1. Click on [Open] ---->[IMPORT] ---->[TIIP/AAMA/DXF]
*Read in DXF file into [Super Alpha:Plus] from other CAD.

2. The dialog box of open file will display.

Click on [Open] after choose a file data.

3. The dialog box of DXF IMPORT will display.
#1....The information of opened file

#2, #3....It has distinguish automatically. To need setteing, if there is problem after IMPORT.

Same Size....The data of all size will input to one of size(layer).
Select Size....The data of each size will input to each size(layer) with select.

#5....To choose of select or all

4. Click on [OK] after Confirm

From left below a screen
Click Start Point: is displayed, then click on the left below a screen.
(It will do output to on the point you click.)

5. Confirm the Pattern outputted

6. Confirm the curves and lines of the pattern.

The green line will display on behind of the elements. Make sure that it has correctly displayed to shape
of the pattern by comparison with this line and white line.
Delete [Check Line (green line)] after Confirm.

Click on [Open] ---->[IMPORT] ---->[DeleteCheck]

 <<How to use IMPORT TIIP/AAMAsetup>>
1. Setup to IMPORT
1.Click on [Open] ---->[IMPORT] ---->[Setup]

*To do setting is before IMPORT.

Then, to need change of setting when change for each IMPORT.

2. Setting the following

#1 <Check Lines>....It will display line of original as green line.

#2 <Unite Lines>....Usually, using by OFF

#3 <Create Shape>...It will enable setting if checked mark.

Create Area....It will create an area when IMPORT.
Extend Grain....It will do IMPORT as extend Grain line.
Mirror....It will do IMPORT as opened by mirror axis.
Purpleline --->Cutline....The circumference has changed to cut line(Purple line) when IMPORT.
Characters in Pieces....lines and characters of inside pattern has displayed when IMPORT.

#4 <Cutline in Peices>
Reglar...IMPORT to as regular lines(White line)
Cutline....IMPORT to as cut lines(Purple line)

#5 <Piece Information>
If marked On (*Choose on need at the following.)
Character Heigh....Setting to Size of Character
Add Title Character....It will display the following character.
:Design Name
:Piece Name
:Size
:Fabric
:Unit
If marked OFF....It won't display Characters when IMPORT.

 3. Click on [OK] after Confirm

<<Attention to IMPORT>>
1. When save imported pattern, you need delete green lines before save.
Click on [Open] ---->[IMPORT] ---->[DeleteCheck]

*Make sure of shape of the pattern before to move elements because green line can't move.

2. The curves has divided automatically,

because the points of curve of using is differ by each other CAD.
(Example/ The armhole line that drew one line has divided as three lines.)
If in this case, redraw lines by Click on [Edit Line] ---->[Re-Draw]
