Reaching for Equity Access in Child Health (REACH) Project Manager

Tasks:
1. Partnering with selected National NGO, implements Child Survival (CS) project as
committed in the Letter of Agreement (LoA)
2. Mobilizing resources effectively to achieve the project goal respect to the approved
planning and budget as per MoU with donor and Partnership Cooperation Agreement
(PCA) guideline
3. Supervising 3 project staff and 8 local technical facilitator.
4. Providing technical advisory to the Parners Team consisting 4 field staff,
5. Designing capacity building plan, including developing training modul, EIC material and
others relevant instruments (Supervision Check-list, Monitoring matrix and data
management software)
6. Supporting by research institution and individual reseracher designs and implements
the CS project operational research.
7. Preparing Grant Project Report to be submitted regulary to donor, including outcome
indicators achivement..
8. Facilitating local government to support and adopt the community case manegement
of diarrhoea, pneumonia and malaria

9. Mantaining relationship and networking with key players of national working group for
Community based Integrated Management Childhood Illnesses (C-IMCI).
10. Regularly participating advocacy initiatives on MDG 4 (GKIA) with national level
organizations.
11. Facilitating and support strategic health communication plan, including preparing
above and below the line communication media prior to handwashing promotion,
sleeping under ILLNs, breastfeeding promotion and preventive behavior of pneumonia.
