This assignment is the Portfolio itself. The format will depend on your chosen purpose.
LMS under Topics Three and Four provides samples and guidelines. In 3000-3500
words you should focus on only two or three standards or relevant documents in your
profession.

The essential elements are:

Cover page and table of contents
A developed purpose and rationale for the Portfolio. This will be from your first
assignment and any adjustments made according to the feedback received
should be highlighted.
Observations on the context of your professional practice, and stage of career
Evidence of your professional learning as they relate to the areas chosen for the
Portfolio
A reflective account of your professional values, strengths and areas for
improvement
Discussion of relevant issues for your future professional learning and career
development.

This assignment will be assessed in relation to:

Overall development and presentation of portfolio
Evidence of changes to rationale based on feedback
Clarity of description and reflection
Linking of evidence to standards
Linking of evidence and reflection
Critical discussion of relevant issues related to your portfolio
Appropriateness of writing style as professional portfolio writing
Discussion of relevant issues for your future professional learning and career
development

documents. Clear evidence will be provided of professional
practice and learning and the provision of appropriate
evidence with a clear link to a reflective analysis of your
values and areas of improvement with future learning and
development detailed.
D An engaging portfolio with links to the purpose and rationale
and to the standards or other relevant documents. Evidence
will be provided of professional practice and learning and the
provision of appropriate evidence with links to a reflective
 analysis of your values and areas of improvement with future
learning and development outlined.
C The portfolio will demonstrate links to the purpose and
rationale and to the standards or other relevant documents.
Some evidence will be provided of professional practice and
learning while the provision of appropriate evidence with links
to a reflective analysis of your values and areas of
improvement with future learning and development will be
included .
P The Portfolio will at a basic level demonstrate some links to
the purpose and rationale and to the standards or other
relevant documents. An effort to provide evidence of
professional practice and learning will be made. Some
attempt to include a reflective analysis of your values and
