Single analysis of the combined sample confiemed a high Li2O hcod grade (~1,95%Li2O)
and low Fe2O3 head grade (~0,9%) as shown below:

Technical Data:

The scape of work was to conduct preliminary are characterisation test work on a composite
sample from the EKM and reservatoru deposits (sample site 3,10,11,12) on the EKaM site
mining lease to determine if the lithium bearing minerals could be recovered from rock using
commercially available technology and a saleable product produced.

The test work is outlined as follows :

- Sample analysis by x-ray flouresence (XRF) and inductively coupled plasma (ICP)
to determine lithium grade of the sample and any potential penalty elements;
- Size analysis to determine what size fraction contains the lithium minerals;
- Microscopy for mineral identificatium;
- Heavy liquid separation at SG 2.7 to determine if gravity separation can recover the
lithium minerals; and
- Single stage floataion test to determine if lithium minerals can be recover via
flotation.

-Microscopy confirmed that the concentrate was almost entirely spodumene with only very
minor amounts of petalite confirming that a simple conventional recovery process is likely

-Further metallurgical test work will now be conducted to further optimise the lithium
recovery process.

TESTING YIELDS EXCELLENT RESULTS

A primary grind was carried out, followed by flotation of lead roughers and scavengers. The
rougher concentrate was then subjected to reginding and hen two stages of cleaning to
produce a saleable lead concentrate. The lead first cleaner tailings were then blended back
into the lead scavenger tailings. The lead scavenger tailings were then subjected to zinc
roughing through the addition of copper sulphate and sodium isopropylxanthate. The zinc
rougher concentrate was then reground and subjected to to stages of cleaning.

Following preliminary sighter tests, testwork proceeded on two composite samples

designed to be representative of any potenctial feed produced from T1. The metallurgical
performance of both composites is highly encouraging:

Ongoing flotation test work; particularly with respect to selectively between lead and zinc, is
anticipated to improve on these result. Feed, concentrate : and tailings streams have been sent
away for a full elemental and mineralogical analysis to asses the current results as well to
identify areas for further improvement. Gold analysis is to be included in this work. Further
results are expected during the current quarter.

GOLD AND SILVER RECOVERIES

Silver recoveries were variable, but generally high. It is thought that the inclusion of a gravity
recovery circuit ahead of leaching will improve the recovery of silver from higher grade
samples. The addition of a flotation circuit will also be examined as an alternative
mechanism for the recovery of silver and base metals.

Detailed Test Results

the results are viewed primarily as a guide for planning detailed tests, which will start later
this year. The simple bottle-roll leach tests were carried out on six ore-grade intercepts,
ground to a nominal size of less than 100 microns (<--100 microns tolong di bold), and
leached for 72 hours.

The results are summarized in the following table:
