ORDER

Raffled to this court on May 2, 2017 is the Instant Petition above-mentioned through his counsel Atty. Lanie Lampasa.

Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and in substance, set the hearing of this case on June 20, 2017 at 8;30 in the morning at the
session hall of Regional Trial Court Branch 34, Hall of Justice, E.J. Blanco Drive, Dumaguete City at which date, time and place, all
interested persons may appear and show cause, if any why the petition should be granted.

At their expense, petitioner should cause the publication of this ORDER once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of
general circulation in the province of Negros Oriental and its component cities, which publication should be accomplished at least a week
before the scheduled date of hearing. Since the distribution to qualified newspapers for publication should be done by raffle pursuant to
section 2 of PD 1079, the petitioners are directed to coordinate with the office of Clerk of Court of Negros Oriental, Hall of Justice, E.J.
Blanco Drive, Dumaguete City within ten (10) days from receipt of this ORDER.

Petitioners are likewise directed to furnish the Office of Solicitor General, Office of the Civil Registrar General, Manila, Local Civil
registrar of Siaton, Negros Oriental with copies of the Petition and its annex for their information and guidance.

SO ORDERED.
