Dr. Douglas Thorogood Ph. D is an experienced international consultant in areas of facility design,
sterility assurance, regulatory affairs and containment technology. He successfully implemented new
facility design and qualification for three Baxter Travenol facilities in UK and USA . He was responsible
for preparation of document trail for registration and regulatory. He designed and applied various
isolator sterilization technologies for production with appropriate validation including new facility
design and documentation. He has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of regulations (US
FDA, MHRA and EMEA) with over 20 years experience.

Dr. Jeff Yuen (Ex US FDA)

Widely recognized as a CGMP and compliance expert by industry and FDA's Office of Compliance.
Recipient of numerous US Public Health commendation and achievement medals including a Hammer
Award presented for leadership in the area of innovative biotechnology & industry outreach
programs. Dr. Yuen is a past President of the PDA - Southern California Chapter, a former Board
Member for the IVT's Journal of CGMP Compliance, and recipient of "UCI Distinguished Alumni for the
School of Biological Sciences" .

Julian Wilkins is founder and vice president with PharmaConsult US, Inc. An architect by training,
Wilkins commenced his career designing pharmaceutical facilities in Europe. In 1991 he founded a UK
based isolator company for the emerging need for pharmaceutical containment. Wilkins has spoken
at many seminars worldwide on the subject of containment and has contributed articles and chapters
to periodicals and books on containment. Wilkins is currently co-chair of the ISPE API Community of
