M/s.HNPCL to 400/220 KV SS KV.Kota ( Reach-III)(9.44Kms) of HNPCL-
Kamavarapukota 400KV TMDCline(Reach-3)- request for inclusion of Transportation,

As per the Referance (1) cited above this is to submit that the stringing of
line work from AP 115 to AP120 of M/s.HNPCL to 400/220 KV SS KV.Kota ( Reach-
III)(9.44Kms) of HNPCL- Kamavarapukota 400KV TMDCline(Reach-3) was completed in
full shape as per the terms and conditions of the agreement. During stringing work the
transportation of twin-moose double circuit line materials becomes verymuch
expensive as the workplace(AP 115 to AP120) was nearly 35Km distant from the stores,
Koyyalagudem. But, the handling and transportation charges were not included in the
descriptions of the items in the agreement.

Further it is to submit that M/S radhakrishna Contractors have quoted 4% less to

the estimate subitted against to the agreement. The same estimate was prepared based
on the rates available in referance (2) cited, which clearly mensioned the transportation
and handling charges were excluded.

Hence, I request the begine authority to consider this case and take necessory
action for inclusion of the transporatation and handling charges vide 400KV Costruction
SSR 2015-16 as supplimental item to the agreement.
