Dear Hiring Manager,

I am a Transformational Delivery Agent and Advocate for Human Rights and

Social Change. During my career I had the privilege of working with several
profit and non- profit organizations in different capacities and for different
causes. So I would definitely bring to the assignment: my confidence to
operate in an international environment, my passion for creating human
connections and my capability to be extremely flexible and diplomatic in any
situation.
In all my professional or academic experiences, I came to realize that the first
thing and most important aspect in terms of achieving good performance,
regardless from the companys culture, is to recognize and value the
importance of the concept of Human Resources Management. Accordingly,
what is the purpose behind their work and what is the reason that they are at a
certain stage, that goes all the way back to the Individual Client-Consumer
they serve, which always is the principal actor worthy delivering maximum
benefits, if we want to achieve personal, professional and collective growth and
positive Change. Hence, my natural predisposition to be attentive to
Humanity , would be a further competence that I would love to use within
your professional environment.

Since my very first experience, I used my natural predisposition to a

functionalist - business orientation view and a pro-active approach to work.
Over the years, I achieved high quality results in the accounting operations of
publicly profit and non- profit organizations. Also, in order to better execute
financial and HR procedures of the company I associated with, I monitored
and maintained financial books and statements; ensured administrative and
operational systems were in place and cost effective; prepared monthly
financial reports for donors and governments; formulated financial budget
and tracked the appropriate utilization of the fund; computerized the accounts
and personnel records of the organization.

Also, having worked as a lead consultant for International Development, as a

Coordinator for Social Change and also as a focal point for several
humanitarian projects, both domestically and globally, I would say that my
operational overview includes: research field, communication with
stakeholders, development of workshops and organizational procedures;
oversight to ensure adherence to company standards; evaluation processes;
input in the work of staff members responsible for translation and fundraising;
joint supervision of volunteers; networking with partner organizations ;
overseeing all public information documents- brochures, advertisements and
website.

With great pleasure, I often worked in strict cooperation with individuals from
different countries. Through the educational/social/humanitarian channels I
have used to today, I discovered the constant need to push myself to find my
own "multicultural tribe" and feel the world as my home. I was born in Italy
and I have worked in my native country as well as in France, UK, U.S, and
China. There are so many people who are part of my life and my journey, on
different degrees, and the more I meet people, the more I find myself in
similarities and differences. I could mention the conferences, meetings I have
attended. Nothing will ever compare to the power and value of meaningful
human connections that have lasted over the years. I would genuinely love to
