Program Overview
Getting the requirements right is the most important aspect in the software engineering process. On a business
perspective, having this aspect right has major benefits in managing software project constraints, such as time, scope
and costs. On the technical perspective, this will enable experts to come up with right solutions and determine specific
requirements that will be needed to develop the software, potentially reducing back work and delays.

This training is focused on the main aspects of software engineering- from basics to the process. In addition,
developing user scenario, use cases and performing object oriented analysis will be dealt with to help the participant
structure requirements and will be trained on creating work plan using specific exercises and case studies
